Logotype
Good visual identity expresses the essence of the brand and is an unquestionable competitive advantage. We start with the logotype design, continue to define the basic elements of the visual style and its elaboration for various formats and media. We present the results in a summary manual of the visual style.
Graphic design
We not only comprehend graphic design as useful art, but also as a marketing tool, which sells your idea, product or advertising message. We design leaflets, catalogues, brochures, books, posters, annual reports, company presentations, gift items and others. We realise the advertising campaigns.
Prepress
Prepress is an art without which it is not possible to cope, no matter how well the design has been drafted. We process all our materials from typesetting, scans, retouch and photo montage. Our services will enable you to fully focus on the creative process with assurance that the technical implementation shall be flawless.
Print production
Print is the last link in the production chain. Selection of material and technology fundamentally affects the overall quality of the material. We do not leave anything to chance and supervise the entire production process. We use the flat and rotary offset, screen, flex, pad and digital printing methods. In all formats.
Webdesign
We think that successful web design must be beautiful and purposeful. We always make an effort to create highly functional graphics, which shall guide the user smoothly through all the presentation corners. We reconcile web presentation design with the corporate style and design it to be responsive to various terminal device.
Programming
We create presentation webs, e-shops, Intranets – always to match the built systems working with unique functionality. We design and implement SEO optimisation for easy searchability of your web. A content management system is a matter of course, thanks to which you can manage your presentation.
Other services
We design and make 3D objects and decorations for exhibitions and corporate events and other elements for sales support. We print T-shirts, stationery, flags, diaries, caps, golf clubs, etc. We purchase media space. We handle distribution according to the client’s requirements.

We are Formata, a Prague-based multidisciplinary studio specialising in graphic design, web design and print. At your service.
Formata was founded in 1997. During our time in the industry, we have completed thousands of projects for leading domestic and international companies – including the National Theatre, CzechTourism, the Czech Centres, Elektrodesign Ventilators, the Goethe-Institut, the British Council, Wella, Prague Castle and many others.
We expand our team of graphic designers as required to include leading experts in 3D graphics, illustration, motion design, app development and other specialisms across the entire creative process.
